Dr. Skelly is a board-certified family medicine physician with two decades of experience. She currently cares for patients aged fifty and older. A graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, MI, Dr. Skelly completed her residency at St. Mary’s in Grand Rapids, MI, in 1993.

An accomplished athlete, she was an All-American distance runner in college and holds eight state running records in Arizona for her age group. Additionally, she completed the 2010 Arizona Ironman Triathlon.

Dr. Skelly enjoys a fulfilling marriage of over twenty years and is the proud mother of three daughters who have completed college. She actively supports various Christian organizations.

Dr. Clark Wysong earned his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 1994. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at the Oklahoma University of Health Sciences Center in 1997 and has been serving the Phoenix area since then. Dr. Wysong is board-certified in Family Medicine and sees patients aged two and above.

Phoenix Magazine honored him as a 2016 Top Doc. In his free time, he enjoys reading, fly fishing, attending local sporting events, and spending quality time with his English Springer Spaniels.

Dr. Belen is a board-certified gynecologist specializing in all aspects of female sexual health, including family planning, abnormal menses, pelvic pain, menopause, and post-menopausal conditions. She is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Trained in DaVinci Robotic Surgery, Dr. Belen received her medical degree from Midwestern University—Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, AZ, in 2000. She completed her internship and residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills, MI. After practicing in Michigan for several years, Dr. Belen relocated to the Phoenix area. She worked at Sonoran Medical Centers from May 2009 to April 2016 and returned March 2019 and has spent the last few years in the East Valley.

Outside of work, Dr. Belen loves spending time with her husband, two children, and two dogs. She also enjoys books, movies, music, and the beautiful Arizona climate.

Dr. Gronski is board-certified in Endocrinology and Metabolism, having practiced medicine for 24 years, 22 of which have been in the West Valley of Phoenix. She provides care to adult patients over the age of 18. Dr. Gronski completed her medical education at the Medical College of Wisconsin and her Endocrine and Metabolism fellowship at the University of Arizona in Tucson in 1994.

Happily married for 19 years, Dr. Gronski has two college-aged children. She enjoys long walks with her golden retriever, Buddy, and participates in family activities like tennis and 5K runs. She is actively involved at her local church as an Usher and Donut Minister and loves cooking and baking.

Dr. Rajan is a board-certified internist who treats patients aged 18 and older. She has been practicing in the Phoenix Metro area since 2002 after completing her residency at the Maricopa Medical Center. She thrives on tackling diagnostic and therapeutic challenges of diverse medical conditions while building lasting relationships with her patients.
Guided by the principle, “And as you wish that others would do to you, do so to them.” Luke 6:31 (ESV), Dr. Rajan emphasizes empathy and respect in her practice. Outside work, she cherishes time with her husband, three children, mother, and church community.

Dr. Jason Meleth is board-certified in Family Practice and provides care for patients aged 12 and older. After completing his residency at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, he has been practicing in the Phoenix area since 2010. He is keenly interested in disease prevention and enjoys attending music and sporting events and watching quality films.

Dr. Tanya Evans is a board-certified Family Practice physician who graduated from the University of Arizona in Tucson in 1993. She completed her residency at Riverside Family Practice in Newport News, VA.

Dr. Evans sees patients aged six and older and has been a dedicated physician in the Phoenix area since 1997. Many may recognize her from her previous work with Sonoran Medical.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, cardio kickboxing, weight training, swimming, and spending time with her family.

Amy, an Arizona native, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University and her Master of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Phoenix. Before joining our office in 2013, she accumulated 13 years of critical care and cardiology experience. Her special interests include heart health and disease prevention. Amy is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and sees patients aged six and up.

In her leisure time, Amy enjoys moments with her husband and three sons, attending sporting events and watching movies.

Kristin, also an Arizona native, brings 20 years of experience as a registered nurse in the Phoenix area. Having graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in 1997, she pursued her dream of becoming a nurse practitioner by returning to GCU in 2014 to earn her Master of Science in Nursing. She joined our practice in 2017. 

Kristin’s diverse experience includes ICU, CVICU, PACU, ER, hospice, and palliative care. She has volunteered with medical mission teams in Haiti and Guatemala. A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she sees patients aged 12 and up.

In her personal time, Kristin enjoys family activities, involvement in her church, and hiking. She also has a passion for natural and holistic wellness.

Rebecca has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and subsequently became a Registered Nurse. With 15 years of nursing experience in various specialties, including Orthopedics, Trauma, Urology, Physical/Neurological Rehabilitation, and Cardiology, she obtained her Master of Science Degree from Grand Canyon University in 2017 and is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Rebecca currently sees patients aged 12 and older.

In her free time, she enjoys working out, hiking, golfing, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Annette is a proud alumna of Penn State University, holding an undergraduate degree in kinesiology and a master’s in health education/promotions. With over ten years of experience in corporate wellness throughout Pennsylvania and Maryland, she transitioned to nursing and later became a nurse practitioner after moving to Arizona. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing/Family Practitioner from Grand Canyon University. 

With over four years of experience as an RN in an observation unit, Annette is knowledgeable about various health concerns. She believes optimal health comes from health promotion, disease prevention, and the connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Annette enjoys hiking with her husband and dogs and off-road adventures in their Jeep in her spare time.

Heather is a Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated Summa Cum Laude from Grand Canyon University in 2024. With a diverse nursing background primarily in emergency medicine, she has also gained experience in neuro telemetry step-down, preoperative and post-anesthesia care, and home health. Dedicated to a patient-centered approach, Heather has a passion for learning and a special interest in functional medicine, emphasizing holistic and preventative care to support each patient’s well-being.

 

Outside of work, she enjoys travel, exploring the great outdoors through camping and off-roading, staying active with exercise, enjoying live music, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
